Technicians are nice but the front desk lady is a nightmare. My partner went in today to reschedule a mammography appointment. As a French speaker still learning English, she was already a bit nervous about handling the situation on her own, but she made a genuine effort to communicate and manage it independently. Unfortunately, she was met by a receptionist (older woman, blond hair, blue eyes) who was immediately rude and unprofessional, acting like my partner was bothering her. Instead of showing basic patience, she repeatedly sighed and rolled her eyes when my partner didn’t fully understand what was being asked. When my partner politely explained that English is not her first language and that she might need things repeated once or twice, the same dismissive behavior continued, with visible signs of impatience and irritation, as if she was being inconvenienced for simply not understanding everything immediately. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a medical environment where patients are often already stressed or vulnerable. Even at the front desk, basic courtesy, patience, and empathy should be the minimum standard. Showing frustration toward someone who is actively trying to communicate in a second language AND for a medical purpose is not only unprofessional, it is disrespectful. We expected a much higher level of professionalism and care.

I had a great experience at North Imaging, and I would especially like to thank Kaia. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring. She took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Kaia is not only highly skilled at what she does, but she also genuinely cares about her patients. Her kindness, attention to detail, and calm approach made the entire experience very positive. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care.
