Downtown Radiology - Robson Square Clinic #2

Unfortunately I should have read reviews prior to going. Tech was absolutely rude. She screamed at me multiple times, shook her head, said I had no idea how to breathe. She had no patience or bedside manners. Which induced an anxiety attack. She said I didn’t fast (which I did). She did not apologize just left the room. Seeing other comments I think it’s the same person. This is unprofessional especially in a medical field where they may not be aware of medical conditions or what people are going through. I informed the front desk ladies. They were polite but at that point I was already having a panic attack.

I am sitting at the floor in the hallway at these moment the clinic say it opens at 9:00 am is 9:15 am Noone on site or even the light on, as patient this trully unprofessional, make you a favor find another place to do your exams.

Please do not get imaging here! this place is super dangerous. Critical errors in reports. This is actually super alarming. Not sure if staff are paying attention. They imaged the wrong body part! Also to mention, very very rude staff. Do yourself a favor and go to another imaging place.
