Had a chat with Dr. Francispragasm over the phone due to nerve pain that I'd been experiencing. He was very professional and actually seemed to care. The appointment went smoothly, the clinic didn't make me wait too long, which is great for me, as I find most places don't take you in on time even when you have a booked appointment. He got me in did the injections and right back out as well, which I definitely appreciate. He is a good no bs Doc.

I had a debilitating back injury and couldn’t walk. After countless hours at the emergency and the doctors there being unwilling to really help me, I reached out to Dr Mario Francispragasm. He started my pain treatment right away. Dr Mario is a great communicator, he explained the procedures that he wanted to do, the benefits and the risks. Pain management is a difficult thing to manage. I am truly thankful to Dr Mario because he was able to successfully stop the pain with an xray guided spinal injection. I can appreciate that this is not an easy thing to do. Because of his help I was able to reduce and eventually stop all my other medications that had severe side effects. I was able to avoid surgery because of his intervention. I had a surgery date and everything. I took his advice on pilates exercises seriously and that really helped me strengthen my core and to use better lifting techniques. His offices and staff are well organised, clean and on time.

Dr Sanjiv Bhalla completed my HSG test and it went perfectly. He was very attentive and reassuring, as I was quite worried about potential pain. Judy was assisting and helped me stay calm with breathing exercises. The procedure was done quickly and painlessly. While you do have to pay for the procedure, the benefit is you get in within a week of calling, whereas hospitals can take months. Definitely recommend this clinic for anyone going through the fertility process.
