Went for an iron infusion. They missed the vein injecting the iron directly into my arm, causing permanent staining and lasting swelling and tenderness. The Dr. in charge of the clinic, Dr. Adam Davidson, told me it would surely go away within a month and now, after 3 months, can only repeatedly say “sorry”. He seemed unaware the staining could be permanent. I did not receive any help or compensation and have actually had to pay full price for this damaging procedure. Furthermore, there was no informed consent about the risk of this happening but I was made to sign a waiver indemnifying them of any fault or wrongdoing from their practice.

Had my first Iron infusion at this clinic. I was nervous for the infusion but the Nurses were so lovely and kind that I felt at ease. I had a good experience. Thank you.

I had a full exam there, saw a doctor, dietitian, kinesiologist and updated my vaccines. Everyone I encountered, including the staff at the front desk, was very kind. The appointments for my 1 year old was just as lovely. I'm also surprised at the negative reviews.
