I wanted to leave a review as reading through previous negative reviews almost stopped me from booking an appointment here. My personal experience involved a HyCoSy and the booking process was very simple over email and they offered me an appointment very quickly. The office is busy and there were a lot of people in the waiting room, but the reception staff were friendly and had a ticket system to register patients. The nurses who performed the procedure were incredibly warm and comforting - it felt like I had a maternal/sister figure in the room. I'll never forgot how kind and helpful they were. Nobody schedules these types of appointments because they want to, and the staff did a great job of putting me at ease and explaining what was going on.

I am writing this review to share a deeply concerning experience during my wife’s obstetric ultrasound appointment at this facility. My wife is five months pregnant and does not speak English fluently. I respectfully requested to accompany her during the scan to assist with communication, but this request was denied. During the procedure, the attending nurse/technologist appeared unable to obtain the required fetal heart images. Instead of seeking timely assistance from a senior colleague, she continued attempting the scan herself and applied excessive and forceful pressure to my wife’s abdomen. The pressure caused my wife significant pain, which she communicated clearly. When my wife asked if there was any issue due to the level of pain she was experiencing, the nurse responded dismissively, saying that she “questions too much.” Despite my wife’s discomfort, the nurse continued to apply strong pressure, particularly to the lower abdominal area, causing severe pain. Three days later, my wife continues to experience sharp lower abdominal pain and is unable to tolerate even light touch to her belly. This has caused us serious distress and concern for the well-being of both my wife and our unborn child. Only afterward was a senior nurse called in. The senior nurse was able to complete the scan smoothly and gently within a short time, without causing pain, clearly demonstrating that the earlier excessive force was unnecessary. This experience reflected a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate patient care. Pregnant patients should be treated with empathy, skill, and respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that no other family has to go through a similar experience. While I place my trust in God for justice, I must state clearly that if any harm has occurred—or is found to have occurred—to my wife or our unborn child as a result of this incident, I will pursue all available legal remedies without hesitation. I request that this matter be formally investigated, that appropriate action be taken, and that I be informed of the outcome. No patient—especially a pregnant woman—should be subjected to such treatment.

My appointment was on time, and I was already prepared, so the pelvic ultrasound (both abdominal and transvaginal) started promptly. However, the experience lacked empathy and communication. The technologist did not greet me, explain the procedure, or provide any reassurance, and there was no interaction during the exam. After finishing, she left quickly without checking if I had questions. I ended up having to ask my questions at the reception desk after walking out. It may have been close to closing time and things felt rushed, but given the nature of the procedure, the overall experience came across as impersonal and rude. A little communication and basic courtesy would have made a significant difference.
