Mount Saint Joseph Hospital - Cardiac Echocardiography

Imaging and outpatient procedures are unparalleled in terms of professionalism. I’m imagining, Dr. Chong and Belle were wonderful and very caring. As for outpatient procedures, I have never once met two nurses with the level of education, care and experience that Elenor and Jane have shown.

The best and amazing service ever! On Monday had blood work - the appointment was on time. The technician was both friendly and professional - I did not not feel the needle poke and I've been poked alot. Today (May 6) I needed an ECG report and Brigitte with much kindness took my call searched my test on Monday and emalied it to me. Later today, I needed a stress test and I asked if Mount St. Joseph (instead of another recommended hospital) would do it - Brigitte and her staff member found a way and I'm doing the test tomorrow. I recommend Mount Saint Joseph for anything because they really care about patient needs.

I had a truly positive experience at this hospital. I want to sincerely thank our nurse for her incredibly professional and kind care it honestly felt like every single staff member was just as warm and compassionate. We were in a regular room, and although I initially planned to stay overnight, I felt so reassured by the way they treated us—like family—that I was comfortable leaving my father in their care. We had different nurses for the day and night shifts, and both were exceptional. They even walked us all the way to the elevator to say goodbye, which meant a lot. This was my first experience at this hospital, and it was genuinely great. Of course, I hope no one ever has to go to a hospital, but if you do, you can feel completely at ease here. I’d also like to thank the surgeon, assistant surgeon, and the surgical team nurses. They were kind, respectful, and kept me updated every step of the way. I’m truly grateful from the bottom of my heart.
