Valley Medical Imaging - Langley

Had an ultrasound done there in July 2025. Technician got flustered & brought in another Technician. Seems there were 3 cysts in my left breast. The radiologist who read the results decided we should just "monitor" this for 6 months. That means do nothing for 6 months. When I had the follow up ultrasound in January 2026 I was sent for a biopsy because cysts were larger. Biopsy showed breast cancer, stage 2, grade 3. Cancer has spread to lymphnodes and I have Lymphovascular invasion. I feel the radiologist dropped the ball when reviewing my ultrasound and feel he should have recommended a biopsy in July, not waited 6 months! So instead of finding early stage breast cancer I'm in full blown breast cancer which really should have been caught!! I will never have any diagnostic mammograms or breast ultrasounds there again and advise anyone who goes there for either of these to request a second opinion. If I had done that I would not be facing a third surgery consisting of a mastectomy as well as months of chemo & radiation!!! This should not have happened and I sincerely hope no one else experiences such a blatant misdiagnosis!!😪😪

Don't let the "grungy" exterior fool you; the facility inside is much better. I was initially worried about the standard of care, but the imaging results were great. The front desk staff could be friendlier, and parking is definitely a challenge with very cramped spaces, but the service itself was solid. I’d return if I needed an appointment in this area again.

The staff and service provided to me at this location in regards to my prenatal ultrasounds was not only professional but also very detail oriented. I am very happy with how polite the technicians are here at this location and how well they treat their patients. The staff is patient and take their time without rushing through the entire experience that overall made my visits memorable. Thank you!
