My wife recently had a scan at Medray Imaging and Medical, and we had a great experience. A special thank you to Lindsy for her kindness, professionalism, and care. She made my wife feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The service was efficient, and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend!

Last time I was here I was happy how everything worked out and images were clear. Until I have to schedule another ultrasound and was given wrong information by two different receptionists. You would think they would know about the same information about their own policies and give same information to the clients, but no. Also not very friendly to talk to when you are the one that's been given wrong info. They do have friendly receptionists (what I experienced when I had my first procedure), but some are just not very pleasant to deal with.

I had my ultrasound appointment today and the experience was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The ultrasound technician was kind, patient, and explained the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. The clinic was clean, organized, and the appointment was on time. I really appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the whole team. Thank you for making the visit such a positive experience!
