I had a great experience at UC Baby Ultrasound. The clinic was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff were all kind and accommodating, which made me feel relaxed during my appointment. I highly recommend this place because the staff are very friendly—especially the sonographer who did my ultrasound. She really did her best to clearly see my baby’s face and made sure I was happy with the images. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. We had such a wonderful experience today at UC Baby Burnaby during our ultrasound! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Daisy at the front desk was lovely and made us feel comfortable right away, and our technician Rachna was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient and gentle, especially because our baby decided not to cooperate and kept covering their face with arms and legs 😅. Even after spending around 30 minutes trying, she kindly suggested we go for a short walk and have something sweet before coming back to try again, which we really appreciated. They were also so sweet and understanding with our toddler, making the whole visit relaxed instead of stressful. Overall, such a warm, caring and professional place. You can really tell they care about families and about making the experience special. We will definitely remember this day. Highly recommended!
