The front desk was quite unprofessional. When I first booked my acupuncture appointment, the price I was quoted was different from what I was actually charged. They later explained that facial and body treatments have different pricing, but I had clearly stated in advance that I was booking for a facial treatment. When I tried to book a second appointment, I was suddenly told that a deposit was required, which was never mentioned before. In my experience, it is uncommon for a registered acupuncture clinic to require a deposit. Overall, the lack of transparency and inconsistent communication made the entire experience extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! Nancy, the acupuncturist, is incredibly professional and skilled — I felt the results immediately after the treatment. The clinic environment is very clean, modern, and welcoming. A special mention to Alex at the front desk, who is always friendly, attentive, and makes the whole visit feel smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for effective treatment and excellent service!
