UC Baby Richmond 3D 4D 5D Ultrasound

I have visited UC Baby Richmond on 2 occasions and I must say my experience has just gotten better and better. Emma is such a delightful person who explains everything very well. She doesn’t try to rush you, instead she gives you an amazing experience. She is so calm and thoughtful and I couldn’t recommend her enough. I recommend UC baby to everyone who wants an ultrasound or a heartbeat scan for extra reassurance. Thank you again Emma

I do not recommend UC Baby Richmond. I’ve used UC Baby before at the Burnaby location and always had great experiences, which is why I purchased the same Bronze package again. At Burnaby, for a small $10 extra fee, I received great value, including extra images available for download and a livestream, and the staff were focused on helping me get the best pictures. The Richmond experience was completely different. During my session, the staff member spent most of the time trying to upsell me instead of helping me try different positions to get the baby’s hands away from her face. The focus was more on selling upgrades than on the actual ultrasound experience. In the end, I left with only two photos, which was very disappointing. Everything else required additional charges, and she even recommended to printing a basic black-and-white ultrasound-style image as part of the 2 photos. Overall, I was not impressed with the service at this location. If you want a better experience and value, I highly recommend choosing UC Baby Burnaby instead.

We recently visited this place for a sneak peek at 14 weeks gestation, and the entire experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make it truly special for my husband and me. We were able to see detailed photos and videos, and the technician explained everything we were looking at with so much enthusiasm. Their excitement added to the joy of the moment! The team here works hard to ensure an excellent experience, and it really shows. If you’re even remotely considering getting a private scan, I can’t recommend this place enough. Seeing our baby in such detail during an extended private session has made us feel much more connected to the little one. We are looking forward to our next visit!
